Support the implementation of Family Centered Coaching and work with other managers to integrate and coordinate comprehensive services. Essential Functions Actively collaborate with other department managers to develop priorities, analyze data to drive planning, and create action plans to support CPC initiatives. The Intake Manager will take the lead in all Intake Department functions including supporting the Resource Navigators in addressing complex needs using an individualized, culturally sensitive, and client-centered approach to coordinate services internally and externally to support individuals in reaching self-sufficiency. SUMMARY: To support Community Progress Council's Intake Department with direct supervision and management of Resource Navigators. (Teacher roles only.) Ability to work from home 5 days per month (6 months from start date) Pay differential for bilingual staff. 10 company-paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays. Paid time off, sick time, and vacation time. Eligibility for health, paid dental, and paid vision coverage. New hire incentive payment of one thousand five hundred dollars, paid in two installments.
